We are pleased to kick off Gnarly Barley with a Brew Master Dinner featuring our 2010 People’s Choice Winner, Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. Ovations Food Services Executive Chef Marco Olivo will work with the Brew Master from Grimm Brothers to create several flavorful beer and food pairings. For only $35/person or $65/couple, attendees will be engaged in a discussion that focuses on training the palate to identify flavors found in beer that can translate into food and become an integral part of a dish or meal.
